 * Don't insist upon label visibility for status bar notifications

 * Add support to navlist for specifying and jumping to a caret offset

 * Begin cleaning up text-attribute-related code

 * Eliminate some false positives in isLayoutOnly()

 * Fix desktop file translations

 * Fix typos in translator comments
