Overview of changes from libgdata 0.13.2 to libgdata 0.13.3

Major changes:
 • Fix dependencies in pkg-config file
 • Add OAuth 2.0 support to the GOA authoriser
 • Fix some licencing inconsistencies (libgdata is entirely licenced under
   LGPLv2.1+)
 • Add support for PDF documents in Google Documents
 • Add in-tree Vala bindings (they were previously in Vala’s tree)
