1.3.9 (unstable) * At startup, double-check that PostgreSQL is really installed, and quit if it is not installed, or cannot be installed. The source code contains example code for Ubuntu to allow the user to install PostgreSQL at this time, though I would prefer that the user did not need to do a two-stage install, because self-hosting with PostgreSQL is not an optional feature.
