		SOURCES OF SUPPLY CORPORATION ("SOS")
		  RELEASED PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT

			    Version 1.0.1
		
			    August 7, 1995

SOS grants you a license as follows to this package:


1.	LICENSE.  SOS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
	perpetual (subject to the conditions of Section 5) license
	for this package and its associated documentation, subject
	to all of the following terms and conditions.

	a.	to use the package on any computer;

	b.	to make copies of the package;

	c.	to modify the package in any manner for your own
		personal or internal use, provided that you provide
		SOS with a copy of any such modifications by eletronic
		mail, and grant SOS a perpetual, royalty-free license
		to use and distribute such modification on the terms
		set forth in this Agreement.

	d.	to copy and distribute the package in accordance with
		the limitations set forth in Section 2.

The restrictions imposed shall not apply to any software which,
through the mere aggregation on distribution media, is co-located or
stored with the package.


2.      LIMITATIONS ON LICENSE.  SOS owns the package and its associated
	documentation and all copyrights therein.  You may only use,
	copy, modify, and distribute the package as expressly provided
	for in this Agreement.

	a.	You must reproduce and include this Agreement, SOS's
		copyright notices, and disclaimer of warranty on any
		copy and its associated documentation.  The package
		and any modifications must be distributed with their
		source code.

	b.      The package, if modified, must carry prominent notices
		stating that changes have been made, and the dates of
		any such changes.

	c.	No part of the package may be incorporated into
		any program, product, or service that is sold, or
		for which any revenue is received without written
		permissions of SOS.

	d.	All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.


3.	NO OBLIGATION:  You are solely responsible for maintaining
	the package and using it in a proper fashion.  SOS shall have
	no liability, obligation, or responsibility therefor.  SOS
	shall have no obligation to provide maintenance, support,
	upgrades, or new releases to you or any distributee of
	the package.


4.      THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY SOS ``AS IS'' AND ANY EXPRESS OR
	IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
	WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
	PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.  IN NO EVENT SHALL SOS BE LIABLE FOR
	ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR
	CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
	PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE,
	DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND
	ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT
	LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING
	IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF
	THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.


5.      TERM.  The license granted hereunder is effective until
	terminated.  You may terminate it at any time by destroying
	all copies of the package and its associated documentation.
	The termination of your license will not result in the
	termination of the licenses of any distributees who have
	received rights to the package through you so long as they are
	in compliance with the provisions of this licnese.


6.	GENERAL.

	a.	This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
		State of New York.
