Comments:	Delete ~/.SciTEUser.properties and allow this to set its own
		as different versions have different syntax.
		I changed 'netscape' to 'firefox' in the global properties and in
		html.properties.
		To edit scite's properties for somelanguage:
		1. Copy /opt/scite/share/scite/somelanguage.properties to /home/dsl
		and edit there.
		2. Add 'import somelanguage' to /home/dsl/.SciTEUser.properties
