		From README:
		'.. 200% to 300% improvement' in download speeds.
		Features: FTP, HTTP including redirection,
		resume, FTPSearch of mirrors, bandwidth throttling. FTP
		passwords can be specified with the URL, or can be 
		obtained automatically from the .netrc if it exists.
		Number of connections (default 4) is specified using 
		the -k option.
