About sod2-samp*

With sod2 2.0, I added a few samples and trimmed an existing one (to
remove an unsightly click). Rather than upload all the samples again,
just to add/change a few - feel that wasted bandwidth! - I decided to
add a `patch'. So, to install the samples, you need both
`sod2-samples.tar.gz' and `sod2-samp-new.tar.gz'. Do this to install
them:

tar -zxvf sod2-samples.tar.gz
tar -zxvf sod2-samp-new.tar.gz
cd sod2-samples
make install		# as root

Be sure to unpack the files in the order stated above, or it won't
work.

I hope this isn't too inconvenient.
