Choose of one of the two bin formats X11 bin to allow a
better looking emacs in X windows or the smaller version for non X
users, requires linux-elf system (move to elf) and a libc greater
than 5.3 libncurses 3.0 (ncurses 1.99e)

     Place the apropriate bin in the root dir of your system this
will then place the bins in usr bin and the other dir will fall
undr user as well.

The hard work is done type in emacs and away you will go..
Thanks to the GNU people for making it so easy to compile this
monster of an editor, emailer, gopher, web browser, etc, etc, etc.
