2002-09-19 -+- juri dizdarevic -+- sonickatanga@web.de -+- wirklich ein sehr gut geschriebener Artikel,<br>ich persoenlich habe mich in vielerlei Hinsicht mit dem Autor identifizieren koennen, urspruenglich komme ich aus der Mac/Apple Ecke, und wie Macianer ueber das BillySystem denken duerfte wohl allgemein bekannt sein. Als ich beruflich immer mehr mit Web/Systemadministration zu tun hatte, habe ich mich natuerlich anstatt NT zu Linux entschieden, ein sehr steiniger Weg fuer einen Macmenschen, aber ich war froh diese Alternative zu haben und mit der Zeit habe ich richtig Blut geleckt :-)<br><br>Da ich naturgemaess immer zu den alternativeren Mitteln greife (und die Linuxgemeinde kann man mittlerweile wirklich nicht mehr als einen Insidertip bezeichnen), habe ich BSD entdeckt.<br>Nach der ersten FreeBSD Installation war ich sofort vom LookandFeel begeistet, von der Installroutine bis zur Portvewaltung laeuft alles irgendwie ausgefeilter und fleussiger als bei Linux (womit ich keineswegs z.B. Debian abwerten will).<br>Wie der Autor selbst, will ich Linux auch weiterbenutzen, bei mir haben jedoch der Daemon und Tux beide ein willkommenes Zuhause.<br><br>Als naechstes will ich mich an OpenBSD ranwagen...  -+- 80.140.244.177 = Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Mac_PowerPC)
