wbar: c++ trying to keep code as readable as possible without sacrificing
wbar: speed. It works directly on top of X to avoid going through a lot of
wbar: layers. Developed for Fluxbox, but works for much more. Will run on 
wbar: top of desktops with the -above-desk switch.
