This library provides classes for accessing tarfiles. As test and demo prog,
it realizes a far-not-complete tar command.

You can use it under the same conditions like Python itself.

I have tested it with tarfiles created with the tar command coming with
Solaris 2.5.1, and GNU Tar 1.11.8 for some days.
