                files into html. .ivt is the InfoView file format used by
                Microsoft in the help file of older version of DevStudio. 

                With ivt2html you can dispose of your legacy .ivt files and

                Also included is source to dump .ivt and .ivi files. Source
                to decompress "mszp" and "nszp" files. A common microsoft
                compression technique. 

                The .ivt file format is sometimes referred to as 
                the "visual studio help file format"
