Description: 	The rmsafe package contains two programs, rmsafe and rmrest.
		The rmsafe programs are an attempt to provide the Macintosh Trash Can
		and Windows Recycle Bin to the Unix command line.  rmsafe works just
		like the traditional rm, except that it moves files to a system
		trash directory.  rmrest will restore files deleted with rmsafe.  Both
		programs have extensive command line options.  Source is included.
