This directory had been a mirror of pcmcia.sourceforge.net.

  As the directory hasn't been updated since 2000 and the current
Linux kernel has rendered these patches unnecessary, ibiblio is no
longer actively mirroring the repository, though we are leaving
the files in place, should they serve any historical purpose.
