XbW: An Introduction to the Object Editor
The object editor allows you to change every property of the user interface.
It can be started at any time by pressing the middle
mouse button on an object. It will look like this:
It shows that every object is divided into those elements:
- integer element (i)
- string element (s)
- double float element (d)
- pointer element (pn)
- and eg, which points to the start of the object construct.
Those elements form a list in a group called "object"; other elements
form a list in a group called "window". All "window" groups form a list
of all windows. All lists form a "project". All projects form a list of
projects, which is the start of the XbW user interface database.
To get further into this logic, you will need my documentation, which
at this time exists only in german, sorry for that. I'll try to translate
as soon as I can. Until then, I hope that somebody may find this
thing still useful...
